We have all been young and fresh in the workplace. It’s a stressful time to decide what you want to do with your life and if the job you are training for is truly for you.
The awards are a way of congratulating and encouraging young people to continue their construction pursuits. The Construction Development Alliance (CDA) wants to recognise these young people’s daily work and let them know they are seen, recognised and appreciated.
Making a better Today by supporting the Young People of Tomorrow!
After the delays in 2020, the CDA members are now ready to host the Young Person in Construction Awards (YPCA).
With the nomination period now open, you have until 20th April 2023 to submit your apprentices, students and other young professionals.
What Awards?
The Awards are a way for our members and the local communities to get together and celebrate the new professionals for their hard work and achievements.
Categories
The categories are:
- Overcoming Adversity
- Young Apprentice
- Construction Professional
- Young Construction Environmentalist
- Young Designer
At the end of the night, an overall winner will be announced.
