- 2,500 – 5,000 sq ft units
- High profile locations including retail parks, District Centres, prominent standalone properties and new developments
- Car parking, either dedicated or shared is a pre-requisite
- Close proximity to a foodstore and/or a Vet preferable
- Dense population catchment
- New or existing build considered

Kennelgate was established in 1974 and has recently been purchased by private equity house, Enact. Our clients currently trade from 21 stores and has a strong covenant.
