Sweat! continue their search for more gym sites across the UK. They are looking at all major cities, shopping centres and retail parks. They will consider prominent roadside locations, and have a particular focus on Greater London including sites close to major transport hubs including tube stations.
They require a minimum of 15,000 sq.ft. up to a maximum of 25,000 sq.ft. They will trade off 2 levels.
